Return Policy:
All returns are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee. The only exceptions are returns due to a Revenge Golf Cart Parts & Accessories shipping error or a verified defective product.
All items are warrantied for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. In cases where Revenge Golf Cart Parts & Accessories sells another manufacturer’s product and the manufacturer provides a longer warranty period, Revenge Golf Cart Parts & Accessories will honor the longer of the two warranties. Revenge Golf Cart Parts & Accessories is not responsible for service calls, alleged harm, or damage resulting from installation of our products.
Revenge Golf Cart Parts & Accessories will repair, replace, or issue a full credit at its discretion for products that are found to be defective in workmanship or materials. Freight for warranty items will be credited upon return unless a replacement part was shipped with free freight. If the product is tested and deemed not defective, it may be returned to the customer without credit.
Damage resulting from improper installation or abuse is not covered. Any item that arrives previously installed, damaged, or otherwise defective will be denied a refund and disposed of. All returned items must be uninstalled, in original packaging, and complete with all kit components.
Please allow up to 30 days for credit or exchange of electrical and electronic items. If tested and deemed not defective, electronic parts may be returned to the customer at their expense with no credit issued. All items must be returned complete, unused, and in original packaging.
Returned Goods
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Revenge Golf Cart Parts & Accessories prior to returning any items. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and the RMA number must be clearly marked on the package. If available, please include a copy of the invoice or picking list from the original shipment.
RMA numbers are valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Items returned without an RMA number are subject to refusal or a restocking fee. Freight Collect or COD returns will be refused.
All returned items must be complete and unused. Any item that arrives previously installed, damaged, or otherwise defective will be denied a refund and disposed of.
